Santa Ines | Maipo Valley, Chile

The Santa Ines vineyard is located in the heart of the Maipo Valley, 60 km from both the Pacific Ocean and Santiago. Founded in 1934, the estate is now run by third and fourth generations of the De Martino family under strict organic conditions. No fertilizers are used and a natural ecosystem is used to prevent disease that could affect the vineyard.

Colle D'Oro | Ispica, Sicily, Italy

The family of Don Pietro Calabrese planted this 88-acre vineyard in 2003 in an area dedicated exclusively to DOC wines – Denominazione di Origine Controllata – a term referring to wines produced in well-defined regions according to specific rules that preserve the traditional grape growing and winemaking practices of that region.
